Update on Royal Mail.

It would appear my complaint didn’t fall on deaf ears’s because my laptop table arrived about 15 minutes ago!

It seem’s all you need to do is complain and it will be sorted but to blame the customer is just not on (see last blog). Why can they not apologise and say it’s our fault we are very sorry and we will sort it straight away!

Honestly I wonder where their brain’s went today 😉

But it’s sorted so now I can rest and hope it doesn’t rain as my cashmere cardigan is on the line after being washed very early this morning because we are going out Saturday night…but all this stress over a parcel has really set my IBS off and now I am in pain with it..so more tablets for that!

Feeling rather annoyed about it all right now but no point in carrying that anger around all day it will do me no good…let it all go I say..

Royal Mail

And there was me thinking My Yodel were the worst courier’s ever..well that crown has gone to Royal Mail!

I had 2 parcel’s come Saturday when I was swimming and did a redelivery order on the website for it all to be delivered today…Ok so far, the door knock’s at 7.40am and there is a parcel for me…Hmm I am supposed to have 2 I say.

Oh I was only given one to bring out!

Right well I get onto the sorting office to make a complaint and am told it’s my own fault s I didn’t specify on the website that I had 2 parcel’s to be delivered – that’s fine but in the past when I have had more than 1 they have been bought out together!

Well I can redeliver tomorrow, Friday or Saturday – Um I don’t want any of those day’s I set today aside for redelivery and I expect it to be delivered today as per my instructions on your website – well it’s your own fault you didn’t put 2 redeliveries on the website.

Can I make a complaint please, a lot of huffing later the manager comes on the phone and I explain again to him what has happened and that I expect it to come out today – he is in agreement that it will come out today and apologised. I explained once more that no where does it state that I have to put 2 deliveries down on the website and it’s not rocket science to realise you have 2 of the same name and address so bring them both out!

Honestly there is no common sense from these companies – the end result is the parcel is coming out today but I shouldn’t have to complain to get this sorted – seriously annoyed this morning with them!

I alway’s knew they were dumb but this dumb. No way!

I now have to wait for the delivery, I have told the driver to leave it outside if I don’t get to the door…I told the manager the reason I had it down for today was because I can’t carry 2 parcel’s when I am using crutches!

Worst delivery courier in the UK

Well today will be spent waiting for Yodel to bring me a parcel – as the above states I find them the worst company to delivery parcel’s that I have ever come across!

The last time I had something from this company they put a card through my letter box at 7pm at night despite the fact I was at home and had waited all day for them to arrive.

They have such a bad reputation – I have found friend’s on Facebook that have also complained about them and their attitude to throwing parcel’s at people’s front door’s and getting back into their van without even knocking.

Now I thought Royal Mail were bad for that but this company actually takes the crown for their bad service.

Tuesday would normally be shopping day for the girl’s and my magazines but dependant on what time this lot turn up will depend if I go shopping today or tomorrow – but tomorrow I have a redelivery from Royal Mail so can’t go anywhere until they have been as they won’t deliver again then until Friday – it’s too much of an issue going down to the sorting office as they are only open until 11am!

So I will patiently wait and hope and pray that my bladder doesn’t play me up and I am going for a wee when they ring the bell because they won’t wait for me to get down the stair’s and to the door – I am not very fast due to the MS and dodgy pin’s again this morning plus fatigue so I might actually be asleep – that won’t last though when the bell goes because Sasha will bark until I get up!

So let’s see what happen’s today and wish me luck in waiting for the courier!
